1. Once your purchase is confirmed, you shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Products are subject to availability or while stocks last.
3. All sales are final. No cancellation, refund or exchange of products is allowed once payment is accepted.
4. Goods for refunds, return and exchanges are subjected to merchant’s purchase policy.
5. Requests for return or exchange of items will only be accepted under the following conditions:
i) Bakhache Luxuries mistakenly delivers an incorrect item to the customer
ii) Bakhache Luxuries delivers a damage/defective item(s) to the customer. However, all measures are made to ensure that items are in perfect quality and condition before we send out.
iii) Exchange or return of items must be carried out within seven (7) days of receiving your order. (Please attach a clear photo of the damage or the defect and state clearly which product and explain the damage or defect incurred).
iv) Bakhache Luxuries reserves the right to modify or change the policy at any time without further notice.
Please take note that Bakhache Luxuries will not be responsible for any damage caused during the duration of delivery. Bakhache Luxuries will ensure that the package is wrapped properly and securely to avoid any damages.

Answer: Delivery cost will be RM15 (West Malaysia) and RM30 (East Malaysia).
